Description
Simply Wize Gluten Free Puff Pastry Sheets come in a 540g frozen pack. Potato, tapioca and corn starches, water, vegetable oil, egg and soy flour are among the ingredients. The pack declares egg and soy and may contain traces of hazelnut, milk and sesame. Keep at or below -18 degrees Celsius. Once out of the freezer, the sheets thaw within a few minutes.

Directions
Remove the package from the freezer and place the pastry sheet on a clean, gluten free flour dusted surface. The sheet will thaw within a few minutes. Cut pastry sheet to your required size if necessary. Place preferred filling in center of pastry and wrap edges. Preheat oven and bake at 190C until golden. Bakers Tip: To achieve a golden finish, brush with egg wash (1 egg and 1 tbsp of water) prior to baking.
