Directions
Remove the package from the freezer and place the pastry sheet on a clean, gluten free flour dusted surface. The sheet will thaw within a few minutes. Cut pastry sheet to your required size if necessary. Place preferred filling in center of pastry and wrap edges. Preheat oven and bake at 190C until golden. Bakers Tip: To achieve a golden finish, brush with egg wash (1 egg and 1 tbsp of water) prior to baking.
