Keep Frozen. Store at or below -18 degree Celsius.

Cooking Instructions:
Cook from frozen.
Steaming - Lightly brush the steamer rack with oil or place a baking paper or lettuce on the rack. Arrange frozen Eazii Xiao Long Bao on the rack without them touching each other to prevent skin breakage. Bring water to the boil and steam for 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove steamer rack and allow cooked dumplings to cook for 2 minutes to avoid burning your tongue before indulging the dumplings.
Alternatively, put each Eazii Xiao Long Bao on each Chinese porcelain spoon. Arrange on the steamer rack and steam for 15 minutes or until cooked. Leave to cool and serve with the dumpling on the spoon.
Serve with soy sauce or vinegar, with pickled ginger.
