Directions
To prepare chia gel:
1. Mix 1 cup of chia seeds with 9 cups of water.
2. Whisk to blend together then stand for 15 minutes.
3. Whisk again and place in an airtight container.
Use the gel in place of eggs, oil or butter in many baking recipes. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
