1. Sprinkle 2 tsp powder in 2 tbs of cold water. Whisk with a fork.2. Stand for 1 minute.3. Melt in the microwave in 20 second increments until dissolved. Cool slightly.4. Add melted gelatine to 500ml liquid and mix thoroughly.
