Directions
1. Place Hamburger Helper packet contents 500g lean minced steak or hamburger mince, 1 cup water into a mixing bowl. 2. Mix thoroughly together with a wooden spoon. Allow to stand 5 minutes then using floured hands shape into hamburger patties. 3. Cook under a pre-heated grill or in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve on toasted bun with your favourite filling. May also be used for meatloaves, rissoles, meat patties, meatballs or as a filling for sausage rolls and pasties. Australian standard 250mL measuring cup and metric spoons used. All measures all level.
