How to use SteviaSweet Granulated in cooking and baking: - By volume: Volume is equal to sugar (i.e. 1 cup sugar = 1 cup SteviaSweet). - By weight: Weight is 1/10th of the weight of sugar, or 10 times lighter (i.e. 50 g sugar = 5 g SteviaSweet). Over 90% less calories than sugar per serve.
