Stevia Sweet Granulated Sweetener Jar, 75g, is made from maltodextrin (55%), fructofibres (inulin 34%, oligofructose 8%), steviol glycosides and thaumatin. Store in a cool, dry place. The pack gives an equal volume to sugar and one tenth of sugar's weight.

Sweetness equivalent: 1 cup sugar = 1 cup SteviaSweet. How to use SteviaSweet Granulated in cooking and baking: - By volume: Volume is equal to sugar (i.e. 1 cup sugar = 1 cup SteviaSweet). - By weight: Weight is 1/10th of the weight of sugar, or 10 times lighter (i.e. 50 g sugar = 5 g SteviaSweet). Over 90% less calories than sugar per serve.
