Shan Chicken Biryani is a 60g seasoning mix made from paprika, salt, red chilli, nigella, star aniseed, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, clove, turmeric, garlic and canola oil. May contain traces of barley, gluten, sesame, soy, sulphites and wheat. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and once opened keep the rest in an airtight container.
