Haldirams Boondi Masala is a 200g snack where chickpea pulse flour makes up 50% of the mix. The seasoning uses red chilli, black pepper, mango powder, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon and coriander. Vegetable oil, sago starch, salt and acidity regulator 330 are also included. Stored at ambient temperature. No allergens are declared.
