Self-raising flour, water, vegetable oil, yoghurt and whey powder (both milk), garlic (1%), yeast, nigella seeds and coriander make up the naan. Contains gluten, milk and wheat. May contain egg and soy. Store in a cool, dry place. It can be frozen for up to 6 months; once thawed, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
