Daisho Donburi's Beef Rice Bowl Sauce is 175g and includes soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine, alcohol, distilled vinegar, ginger, bonito (fish) extract, colour (150a), yeast extract, soybean oil and thickener (415). Contains fish, gluten, soy and wheat. Refrigerate after opening. According to the label, cooking reduces the alcohol content.

Water, Soy Sauce (Salt, Defatted Soybean, Wheat, Saccharide (High Fructose Corn Syrup, Maltose Syrup, Sugar), Soybean, Alcohol, Acidity Regulator (270), Water), Sugar, Salt, Alcohol, Cooking Wine, Flavour Enhancers (621, 635), Distilled Vinegar, Ginger, Bonito (Fish) Extract, Colour (150a), Yeast Extract, Soybean Oil, Thickener (415).

Directions
Shake well before using.
In a fry pan, add 1/2 bottle Daisho Sauce, 1/2 cup water and 125g sliced onion and bring to the boil. Add 300g thinly sliced beef (cut into bite size) to cook until sauce thickened. Divide 600g cooked rice and beef into 3 bowls to serve.
2.5mL/100g of alcohol will be reduced after cooking.
