Description
Roll'd Chicken & Beef Pho Broth is a 500mL pack made with chicken and beef (meat 12%), raw sugar, ginger, shallots and cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Stock powder and iodised salt are also included. Store in a cool, dry place, refrigerate after opening and use within 5 days. No allergens are declared.

Water, meat (12%) (chicken and<br/>beef), raw sugar, ginger, iodised salt, French shallots,<br/>stock powder (sugar, salt, hydrolysed vegetable<br/>protein, vegetable powder, spices, rice bran oil,<br/>flavour enhancer (635) and natural flavour),<br/>cinnamon, cardamom and cloves

Directions
METHOD
1. In a medium saucepan bring the Roll'd pho broth to
the boil, then add all your veg and cook to your liking.
2. Divide cooked pho noodles into 2 bowls.
3. Pour pho broth and veg into the bowl. Top with beef.
4. Add bean shoots, coriander, spring onion
to the pho bowl.
5. Serve with lemon and chilli on the side.
Our family adds hoisin, sriracha/chilli
sauce and a squeeze of lemon to taste.
