Directions
METHOD
1. In a medium saucepan bring the Roll'd pho broth to
the boil, then add all your veg and cook to your liking.
2. Divide cooked pho noodles into 2 bowls.
3. Pour pho broth and veg into the bowl. Top with beef.
4. Add bean shoots, coriander, spring onion
to the pho bowl.
5. Serve with lemon and chilli on the side.
Our family adds hoisin, sriracha/chilli
sauce and a squeeze of lemon to taste.
