This 200g Shakshuka Meal Base from the Tunisian brand is made from tomatoes, onion, lime juice, water, chickpea flour, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper, lime zest, garlic, corn starch, xanthan gum, citric acid and spices. No allergens are declared. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and refrigerate once opened and use within 3 days.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.
Directions
1. Fry capsicum 2 minutes with 2 tbsp oil or ghee in medium fry pan.
2. Stir in the recipe base and fry 2–3 minutes.
3. Add 1 can of white beans, including its water and bring to boil.
4. Lower the heat, then crack 3 eggs evenly over the sauce and season with salt & pepper.
5. Simmer until egg whites are cooked and yolks are to your desired runniness.
Serve with Turkish bread and a garden salad.
