Description
Chicken Meal Base from Persian Walnut is a 200g base made with walnuts (15%), molasses, water, lime juice, tomato, chickpea flour, sugar, corn starch, xanthan gum, turmeric, salt, vegetable oil, vitamin C and citric acid. Contains walnut. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and refrigerate after opening, using within 3 days.

Walnuts (15%), Molasses, Water, Lime Juice, Tomato, Chickpea Flour, Sugar, Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, Turmeric, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Spice, Citric Acid.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.
Directions
1. Drizzle pumpkin with oil and fry in a medium saucepan on all sides until softened.
2. Add in the diced chicken and fry with pumpkin until seared.
3. Stir in recipe base and bring to boil.
4. Simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on until ingredients cooked. Season to taste. (Optional) Add the juice of half a lemon.
Serve on steamed rice with garden salad and Greek yoghurt.
Our tip: Create a vegetarian version using sliced eggplants, mushrooms or lentils. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.
