What you'll need 1 tbsp Canola Oil 500 g lean Beef Mince 2 tbsp (50 g), No added salt Tomato Paste MasterFoods Cajun Mince Meal Starter 1 Red Capsicum (200 g), deseeded & sliced 1 Onion (160 g), peeled & diced 200 g Long Grain rice 2 cups (500 mL) water How to make 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook mince until browned. 2. Add tomato paste and stir to combine for 1 minute. 3. Stir through Meal Starter, veggies, rice, and water. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Garnish with finely sliced spring onion and serve. For added protein Dollop 1/4 cup of low-fat Greek Yoghurt on top. For a lighter option Swap lean beef mince for chicken mince.
