3 SIMPLE STEPS INGREDIENTS 1 cup dry Rice (250 g) 500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced 1 bunch baby Bok Choy (200 g), sliced lengthwise 1 head Broccoli (200 g), cut into florets METHOD 1. Cook rice according to pack instructions. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned. 3. Add baby bok choy, broccoli and Cooking Sauce to pan. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with cooked rice.
