What you'll need 200 g dry Rice 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis) 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 500 g lean Beef, diced 1 tbsp Canola Oil 2 Carrots (200 g), peeled & thinly sliced 1/2 bunch Spring Onions (100 g), trimmed & roughly chopped MasterFoods Korean BBQ Beef Meal Starter How to make 1. Cook rice according to on-pack instructions. 2. Mix sweet soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl, add beef to the bowl and toss to coat. 3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add carrot and cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Then, add in spring onions and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until browned. Set aside in a bowl. 4. Add meat to the empty pan and cook for 1 - 2 minutes or until browned. 5. Stir in Meal Starter and veggies, cook for a further minute and serve on top of cooked rice. Turn it up a notch Try Kimchi on the side. For added protein Try an egg on top. For a lighter option Swap rice for cauliflower rice.
