3 SIMPLE STEPS INGREDIENTS 1 cup dry Rice (250 g) 500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced 1 can Baby Corn (420 g), drained 1 bunch baby Bok Choy (200 g), sliced lengthwise METHOD 1. Cook rice according to pack instructions. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned. 3. Add baby corn, bok choy and Cooking Sauce to pan. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with cooked rice.
