A 515g Kan Tong sweet and sour cooking sauce with vegetables (onion, capsicum and carrot) at 23%, pineapple juice, tomatoes and pineapple. No allergens are declared, but it may contain peanut. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days. Not suitable for the microwave.

Vegetables (Onion, Capsicum, Carrot) 23%, Water, Sugar, Pineapple Juice (from Concentrate), Tomatoes (from Paste), Vinegar, Pineapple, Thickener (Modified Cornstarch), Salt, Colour (Paprika Oleoresin).

Directions
3 SIMPLE STEPS INGREDIENTS 1 cup dry Rice (250 g) 500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced 100 g Snow Peas, trimmed 1 Red Capsicum (200 g), diced METHOD 1. Cook rice according to on-pack instructions. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned. 3. Add snow peas, capsicum and Cooking Sauce to pan. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with cooked rice.
