Directions
3 SIMPLE STEPS INGREDIENTS 1 cup dry Rice (250 g) 500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced 300 g Snow Peas, trimmed METHOD 1. Cook rice according to pack instructions. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned. 3. Add snow peas and Cooking Sauce to pan. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with cooked rice.
