Storage Instructions
Reseal and keep tightly wrapped and store at room temperature in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan-forced. Place pizza base on lightly greased baking tray. 2.Spread base evenly with tomato paste. 3.Tear bocconcini in half and scatter over base, top with red onion, red capsicum and cherry tomatoes. 4.Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese has melted and base is golden and crisp. 5.Serve cut into wedges, topped with basil leaves. Reseal and keep tightly wrapped and store at room temperature in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
