Firm Tofu from Soyco comes in a 450g pack of soybean extract (99%) set with firming agent 511. Contains soy. May contain traces of gluten, peanut, sesame and wheat. Keep refrigerated at 1-5C. Once opened, store the tofu in water and change the water every 2 days for freshness of up to 10 days.
