Nutrisoy Tasty Tempeh is a 300g block of tempeh made from non-GMO soybean (50%) fermented with a rhizopus culture, with water, cider vinegar, soy sauce, salt and spices. It contains gluten, soy and wheat, and may contain peanut and sesame. Store at 1 to 4c. It can be frozen, and should be used within 3 days of opening.

Directions
Cut Tempeh into 5mm thick slices. Pan-fry until golden brown. ( 3 to 5 min).Serve with Soy, chilli or your favourite sauce. Alternatively, add Tempeh to stir-fry's, salads, soups and sandwiches.
