Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated at 1-5. To store after opening, place tofu in water and change water every 2 days to maintain freshness up to 10 days.
Directions
Cut tofu into 1.5cm cubes and add to your favourite soup. Alternatively, steam tofu for 5 minutes and serve with soy sauce, crushed ginger and spring onions.
