TLY Silken Tofu comes in a 300g pack made from soybean extract (99%), with glucono delta lactone and calcium sulphate as firming agents. Contains soy. May contain traces of gluten, peanut, sesame and wheat. Keep refrigerated at 1 to 5 C. Once opened, keep the tofu submerged in water, change the water every 2 days, and use within 10 days.

Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated at 1-5. To store after opening, place tofu in water and change water every 2 days to maintain freshness up to 10 days.
Directions
Cut tofu into 1.5cm cubes and add to your favourite soup. Alternatively, steam tofu for 5 minutes and serve with soy sauce, crushed ginger and spring onions.
