Description
Kb's Marinara Mix is a 1 kg frozen seafood blend of cooked prawn meat, raw squid, raw basa and cooked mussels. Contains crustacean, fish and mollusc. May contain milk, soy and sulphites. Keep frozen at or below minus 18 C. Thaw overnight in the fridge, drain any water, and consume within 48 hours once thawed.

Storage instructions
Keep Frozen. Store at or below minus 18C. Once thawed, do not refreeze
Directions
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the product in the refrigerator and let it thaw overnight. If there's any
excess water, make sure to drain it before use. Once thawed, do not refreeze,
and keep the product at refrigerated conditions. Consume within 48 hours.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Thaw before cooking. This is a raw product and must be thoroughly
cooked prior to consumption.
PAN-FRY
1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
2. Add a small amount of cooking oil, swirl it around to coat the pan evenly.
3. Carefully place the Marinara Mix in the pan, making sure not to overcrowd.
4. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked.

~ 155g of Spaghetti
~ 10g Garlic, Minced
~ 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
~ 450g Tomato Passata
~ 400g KBs Sea
