Smoked beef brisket with mountain ash wood smoke, 450g. Beef brisket is 84% of the pack, and the rest is water, seasoning, marinade, sugar and starch. May contain traces of gluten and wheat. Keep refrigerated at or below 5°C. To freeze, do so on the day of purchase and use within 1 month, thawing fully in the fridge first.
