Cooking Instructions Oven 1 Preheat oven to 200C conventional or 180C fan forced. 2 Remove all packaging from chicken. 3 Place chicken onto a lined baking tray and cover with lightly oiled foil. 4 Cook for 25-30 minutes per 500g, or until internal temperature reaches 75C and juices run clear.
