Vegetable oil, onion, garlic shallot and soy sauce form the base, with sesame oil, chilli flakes at 5%, habanero chilli at 2%, sesame seeds and black soybean. Sichuan peppercorns, raw sugar, salt, citric acid and xanthan gum are also listed. Contains sesame and soy. Refrigerate after opening.
