Description
Bulgogi refers to thinly sliced meat (usually beef) that is grilled and marinated. Ottogi Bulgogi Sauce is mildly sweet and salty with a hint of nutty flavour which contains 7 fruits’ juices and puree, to act as a natural tenderiser and give the natural sweetness to the dish. Use this delicious sauce as a marinade or stir fry sauce to enhance the flavour of your meat dishes.
