Hoisin sauce from Lantern Alley in a 300mL size. Sugar, potato, soybean paste, water, garlic and fermented bean curd form the base, with salt and thickener 1442. Spices including cinnamon, szechuan pepper, aniseed, tangerine puree and cumin are added. Contains sulphites, gluten, soy and wheat.
