This own-brand balsamic vinegar comes in a 500mL pack made from wine vinegar, concentrated grape must and cooked grape must. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Each 100 g contains 15 g of carbohydrate, 15 g of sugars, 2.1 g of dietary fibre and 23 mg of sodium. Contains sulphites.
