Directions
APPLY BEFORE YOU GO OUT: Apply sunscreen lotion to clean, dry skin 15 to 20 minutes before sun exposure. APPLY LIBERALLY: For SPF 50+ protection the average adult needs ~ 35 mL for one full body application, or 1 teaspoon (5 mL) for each arm, leg, front & back of body and face including ears and neck. REAPPLY REGULARLY : At least every 2 hours and always after swimming, exercise or towel drying. Avoid intense midday sun and prolonged sun exposure. Do not rely solely on sunscreen for sun protection - seek shade and cover up with protective clothing, sunglasses and a broad brimmed hat. Do not expose infants or young children to direct sunlight.
