This 400g Muscle Nation casein protein powder in cookies and cream flavour is built on milk protein concentrate at 63%, mostly casein, with a cookie crumb at 10%, skim milk powder and inulin. Contains gluten, milk and soy. Mix 2 scoops with 90-100 mL of cold water or milk for a dessert style custard. Store sealed in cool, dry conditions out of direct sunlight, at 16-20 degrees Celsius.

Directions
Snack: Add 2 scoops in 90 - 100 mL of cold water or milk. Mix thoroughly in a bowl, blender or shaker for smooth dessert style custard.
Mixing Tips: To ensure the consistency is to your liking, start by adding 90 - 100 mL of cold water or milk to the mixture while stirring (for 2 scoops). Slowly add more water or milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Ensure the powder is mixed through completely before adding more liquid.
Try It Warm: Mix as per the instructions above. Microwave for 30 seconds for a warm treat.
Freeze it: Freeze for 15 - 60 mins depending on your desired consistency for a cold treat.
