Custard flavoured casein protein powder by Muscle Nation, 400g. It is built on milk protein concentrate at 71.8%, which includes casein protein at 85%, plus skim milk powder and inulin. It contains milk and soy. Mix 2 scoops with 90-100 mL of cold water or milk in a bowl, blender or shaker.

Milk Protein Concentrate 71.8% (Casein Protein 85%, Whey Protein), Skim Milk Powder, Fibre (Inulin), Flavour, Medium-Chain-Triglyceride (MCT) Oil Milk Powder (Antioxidants 306, 307b), Thickener (Carboxymethylcellulose), Sweetener (Sucralose), Sodium Chloride, Colour (Curcumin, Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow FCF, Allura Red AC).

Directions
Snack: Add 2 scoops in 90 - 100 mL of cold water or milk. Mix thoroughly in a bowl, blender or shaker for smooth dessert style custard.

Freeze it: Freeze for 15 - 60 mins depending on your desired consistency for a cold treat.
