Musashi P30 chocolate milkshake protein powder in a 900g tub. The blend (90%) includes whey protein concentrate, skim milk powder, pea protein isolate, whole milk powder and whey protein isolate. Add 45g (1 1/2 levelled scoop) to 300 mL of skim milk or water, mix until dissolved and drink straight away. Contains milk and soy. Store below 30C in a cool, dry place and discard 3 months after opening.

Musashi High Protein Blend (90%) [Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Skim Milk Powder, Pea Protein Isolate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)], Cocos Powder, Dextrose, Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Enzyme (0.3%) (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Directions
HOW - Add 45g (1 1/2 levelled scoop) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
