Directions
How to cook (all appliances are different, that's why it's important to use this as a guide only). From Thawed: 1. Preheat oven to 180C (Fan Forced) or 200C (Conventional). 2. Remove top film from foil tray and replace with foil. 3. Place onto baking tray and into preheated oven. 4. Cook for 1 hour. To allow roast to brown remove foil covering 30 minutes prior to the end of the cooking time. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 -15 minutes. Remove roast from tray, carve and serve. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 -15 minutes. Remove roast from tray, carve and serve.
