Description
Tegel Takeouts frozen chicken tenderloins in a buttermilk style come in a 400g pack. Chicken (65%) is coated with wheat and maize flour, milk solids, egg powder, onion and paprika with turmeric spice extracts. Contains egg, gluten, milk and wheat. May contain soy. Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Cook from frozen, oven 200°C for 20 minutes fan forced or 25 minutes conventional.

Cook from frozen. Remove from packaging.
This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to eating.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the tenderloins in a single layer on an oven tray and bake for 20 minutes (fan forced) or 25 minutes (conventional oven). Turn once during cooking for best results.
AIR FRYER: Place the tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Fry for 20 minutes. Turn once during cooking for best results.
