Directions
Preheat Oven at 200C (Fan Forced). Remove the tray from carton and pierce the film twice with fork. Place on an oven suitable tray and heat for 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 min. Carefully remove film. Turn into a serving dish and stir well. Allow to cool for a few minutes to a suitable temperature for your child before serving. Remove frozen meal from carton. Place into the microwave. Heat on HIGH at 1000W for 4.5 - 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Carefully remove film. Turn into a serving dish and stir well. Allow to cool for a few minutes to a suitable temperature for your child before serving.
