Each 3.4g tablet provides glucose 2g, citric acid 535 g, sodium 102.28 mg, potassium 58.8 mg, magnesium 4.83 mg, calcium 8 mg, zinc 200 micrograms, iron 100 micrograms, copper 30 micrograms and manganese 50 micrograms. From 13 years to adult, dissolve 2 tablets in 200 mL drinking water. Store below 30C.

13 years to adult: Dissolve 2 tablets in 200 mL of drinking water. Drink according to the dosage. Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.
