C4 Sport Watermelon comes in a 285g pack. Take one scoop mixed with 120mL to 180mL of water 20 to 30 minutes before training, and do not exceed one scoop a day. The formula includes caffeine anhydrous (135mg). The label notes that beta alanine can cause a harmless tingling sensation. Store in a cool, dry place.
