Directions
Stove Top Instructions
1. Place 40g or 1/3 cup of Coles Quick oats into a small saucepan.
2. Add 250ml of 1 cup of water or skim milk.
3. Bring to the boil and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before eating.
Microwave Instructions
1. Place 40g or 1/3 cup of oats into a large microwavable bowl.
2. Add 175ml or 2/3 cup of water or skim milk.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through or as required.
4. Allow to cool for at least 1 minute before eating.
Microwave ovens will vary between brands.
