Toasted classic fruit and nut muesli by Carman's, in a 500g pack. Sultanas, raisins, currants and coconut make up 10% fruit, with almonds and pecans at 9% and seeds at 8%. Contains almond, gluten, oats, pecan and sesame. May contain traces of barley, lupin, milk, peanut, rye, soy and wheat. The ingredients list says preservative free, and it should be stored cool, dry and away from direct sunlight.
