Crystallised Ginger comes in a 150g pack made from ginger at 52% and sugar, with a sulphur dioxide preservative. Contains sulphites. May contain traces of almond, Brazil nut, cashew, gluten, hazelnut, macadamia, milk, peanut, pecan, pine nut, pistachio, sesame, soy, walnut and wheat. Store in a cool, dry place and use an airtight container after opening.
