Peanuts (22%), almonds (15%), a soy protein blend, glucose, salted dark choc compound (9%), chicory fibre, seeds (7%), honey (4%), sunflower oil, buckwheat, brown rice syrup and sea salt make up the bars. Contains almond, milk, peanut, sesame and soy. Labelled free from gluten. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
