A 130g pack, Cranberry & Fig Crackers combine wheat flour, dried figs (6%), sweetened dried cranberries (4%), dried apricots, diced dates, sunflower seeds and linseeds. Sulphites come from the apricot preservative (220). The crackers contain gluten, milk, sulphites and wheat, and may contain sesame.
