Nettle (8%), ginger root (5%), cinnamon bark (3%) and zinc sit alongside peppermint flavouring (5%). To brew, steep in 1/2 cup of water at 100C for 3 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours. No allergens are declared.
