Directions
Just add 1 TBSP of melted coconut oil or olive, 1 large egg (room temperature) + 1- 2 TBSP cold water to 1 packet of pizza mix, stir well to combine. Pour mixture into a plate lined with baking paper - spread out to desired pizza base thickness. Microwave on high for approx 60 seconds (based on 1000w). To cook in a conventional oven spread onto baking paper on a tray and bake at 350F (175C) for approx 5 mins until just browned slightly. Top baked pizza base with toppings of choice, bake in the oven for approx 10-12 mins until cooked. Cut into 4 serves. FATHEAD PIZZA DOUGH VARIATION: Mellt 2-3 TBSP of shredded mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe dish along with 2 TBSP of butter or cream cheese. Add packet mix and 1 large egg, mix well to combine. Refrigerate dough for a few minutes until cool, then roll out between 2 pieces of baking paper to desired thickness. Bake in oven for approx 5 minutes until slightly browned. Add toppings and return to oven for another 10-12 mins until cooked
