Noodles (54%): Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil (Antioxidant (319)), Modified Starch (1420), Salt, Mineral Salts (501, 500, 451), Stabilizer (412). Curry Paste Sachet (23%): Massaman Paste (Garlic, Shallots, Salt, Spices (Chilli, Lemongrass), Vegetable Oil), Coconut Sugar, Coconut Milk, Vegetable Oil (Antioxidant (319)), Flavour, Salt, Fish Sauce, Herbs and Spices (Coriander, Pepper, Chilli, Cinnamon, Cumin), Colours (150a, 160c), Flavour Enhancers (627, 631), Yeast Extract, Emulsifier (322 (Soy)), Antioxidant (307b), Preservatives (202, 211). Coconut Sachet (11%): Modified Starch (1442), Coconut Powder, Shortening Powder (Milk). Roasted Peanut Sachet (4%): Ground Roasted Peanuts. Potato sachet (4%): Dried potato. Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place.
Directions
1. Fold back lid to dotted line and remove seasoning sachets. 2. Add contents of curry paste and coconut sachets and 400mL of boiling water. 3. Close lid and allow to stand for 2 minutes then stir well to combine. 4. Add contents of potato sachet and stir to combine. 5. Close lid and allow to stand for a further 2-3 minutes then stir to combine (sauce will continue to thicken). 6. Sprinkle with peanuts and fried shallots and enjoy. Caution: Contents will be hot. Fill line is an appropriate indication. For best results, follow the on pack instructions and add 400 mls of boiling water.
