Directions

Absorption:1. Add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water to your pan.2. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 mins.3. Remove from heat. Stand for 5 mins. Fluff with a fork. Serve.Gentle Boil:1. Place 1 cup of rice in a saucepan. 2. Add 8 cups of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 15 minutes.4. Remove from heat, drain well and serve. Rice Cooker:1. Add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water to your cooker.2. Cook until it switches to 'keep warm' (approx. 15 mins).3. Stand for 5 mins. Fluff with a fork. Serve.*Change water ratio depending on the rice softness desired.1 cup of uncooked rice makes approximately 3 cups of cooked rice.
