Directions
Cooking Method: Soak the rice for 12 hours in cold water. Put the rice in a pan and add that much water until 1 cm above the rice. Cook the rice, lower the heat and simmer for about 20 min until all liquid is taken. Remove the heat, uncover and cool down before serving.
