Store in a cool and dry place.
Directions
Rice Cooker:
1. Place 1 cup of rice in a rice cooker bowl.
2. Rinse rice with cold water 2 to 3 times or until the water turns clear. Drain away the water.
3. Add 1 1/2 cups of water in a rice cooker bowl.
4. Place the bowl inside the rice cooker and close the top. 'Turn On' the rice cooker.
5. When the rice cooker switches to 'keep warm', remove the bowl and let it stand for 10 minutes.
6. For making sushi: Transfer rice to a mixing bowl, dissolve 1 tbsp of caster sugar and 1/4 tsp of salt in 1 1/2 tbsp of rice vinegar, mix with cooked rice using a wooden spoon.
7. Cool rice before serving / preparing sushi.
